just a SMALL portion of my leg workout. Here's what it looked like on the Leg Press:
I don't know how much the carriage weighed so I'll state the weight we put on for the purpose of the description. Most times the carriage is appr. 250 which makes that max weight for reps 700.

180 1x20 (warmup)
270 1x15
360 1x15
450 2x15

(now for the drop)
450 1x10
360 1x10
270 1x15
