The Highway One series! Super-size frets, '70s styling, alnico pickups in the neck and middle positions and great colors take this amazing guitar to the next level. The neck and middle position pickups on the Highway One Stratocaster HSS guitar produce a more round tone that can sound glassy and great with high gain. Master Greasebucket Tone Circuit rolls off highs without adding bass. The thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish lets the body wood's natural tone shine through, making for one of the most exciting instruments in the Fender family!

  • why does EVERYONE play blues in guitar reviews???

  • Mark Lucas is a great guitarist, talented, and really down to Earth to do demos for Nstuff music. He's not a snob, he's like Phil X, hes explains what I want to hear. He plays on clean because you need to hear the guitar clean, if it sounds good clean, then it will most likely sound good overdriven. Not being a jerk here but if people don't know what a strat/tele or Fenders sound like maybe its time to play the drums...just saying. Yes Fenders very in sound, but not by too much. Peace

  • @DaMusicMan203 If you think this is real Blues, your sadly mistaken.

  • Im getting kind of tired of everyone playing blues on a strat....

  • @DaMusicMan203

Funny thing I had an impression that's this the only place where you can find blues in reviews. Normally I found guys playing metal. I think blues gives a better feel of a guitar.

  • This seems like a great guitar, though I personally don't care for the oversized headstock. I'd probably swap it out for a custom built neck.

  • You're a great player, but I agree you can be a little boring, and I'd actually love to hear the guitar played with some overdrive or distortion for once.

  • thanks for the review mark.

  • @DaMusicMan203 Blues is everything brother! that's how the legends and whoever guitarist you like right now started
