The vocals are good, but there is not enough energy. The kids should not just be sitting on the ground while he is singing. There should have been more movement. This musical is about dancing and there should be a lot of it. No offense, but the dance number for this scene sucked. It did not look like anyone was really into it or having fun. They look liked they would rather be doing something else.

I've seen the production, and as a costumer, in the 80's you would have a set clothing for gym class thats why I don't like the choices.
