I don't know if this would help the way you're thinking, but, I know you have an amazing voice. Maybe you could do a performance-type vlog? Not necessarily all the time, but, like PhxV said, maybe something every other week. You could mix vlog styles up. I just think you singing once in a while would be a kewl thing.

i watch your vids when you post em. =0) commentary on current events or your personal life updates would be amazing. maybe a bi-weekly update on a popular world or domestic issue asking people to throw in their opinions, and a bi-weekly personal update. random stuff you're up to. that way there is a consistent weekly post to attract subscribers that offers a variety. give people something to look forward to. consistency is key i think to broad viewership. good luck and *hugs*
