Earth Hour 2009 - London. Unfortunate timings with kids on bridge :-(

Make sure volume way up and listen to the kids... unfortunate and poignant timing for a bunch of young kids to arrive and harrass a passing boat below.

They were spitting, taunting the women, throwing lit cigarette ends, and egging each other on to "p**s on them" (can hear this on video). In the background, 8.30pm Earth Hour struck, and the only perceivable lights to go out in London as part of global consciousness were those of Westminster and Big Ben.
