No point going beyond 13 seconds.
Little children, let no one deceive you, He who does what is righteous IS righteous just as he is righteous.
1 John 3:7

For James 2:24 "You see that a person is justified by what he DOES and not by faith alone."

This is a legal fiction.
God is someone who can neither deceive nor be deceived.
He certainly doesnt deceive himself
Christ died for us, we need to die to ourselves ( & sin ) and live for God, through Gods grace. So the work of Gods salvation - is wrought in us.
We need to do this to such an extent that we can say with St Paul in Galatians 2:20 "I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me"

@polopowers1 Christ's flesh was not made sin by the Holy Spirit in Mary's womb. Neither did Christ's flesh become mystically; sin. If He was sin He would have corrubted in the grave He was accepted atonement without blemish at death. He appeased. Made has no application to becoming. Also sin can mean offense (hamartema) not hamrtano to miss the mark. He who knew no offense became an offense for us not literal sin. I'm totally free from law. God is not law but perpetual Virtue in Holy Character

@polopowers1 He became a actual curse for us, He was made sin who knew no sin that we might be made the rightousness of God 2 cor 5 :21 read romans 5:15 end of chapter, very good reading

It is not the sin transferred it is the sins judgment. Christ was never " touched with sin "the exceeding righteousness is Christ death. We are made new creations in Christ declared rightious by the new Nature we become.I have no physical righteousness in my flesh. I'm righteouss by the new creation I am not becoming. It is not inside or upon but rather the nature of new creations born again. The trouble believers get into is where is this righteousness but its all that I am as a new creation.
must say - spot on
