Frank Zappa Moving To Montana

This is my favorite version of Moving to Montana ... when the single was released, it was shortened for radio air play ... this is a live version ...

From when I started listening: Ralph Humphrey (shown here), Ralph and Chester Thompson (later with Weather Report and then Genesis), Ansley Dunbar (Vanilla Fudge, Journey...), Terry Bozzio, Vinnie C. (cn't spell name from memory, currently w/ Jeff Beck), and lastly Chad Wackerman. All superb drummers who have participated in some fantastic and challenging music over their ongoing careers. From memory, could have missed someone.

That's Ruth Underwood, and your are right, there is nothing like her, and there is nothing like him. In addition, this set features Ian Underwood (on clarinet) Tom Fowler (on horn), Jean Luc Ponty on vioin, and Billy Preston on keyboards. Had Ricky Lanciotti been there for vocals, this would have been the definitive live recording.
