Here is a kick butt workout(no equipment necessary) for our army men and women overseas!
4 sets 15 reps in a non-stop circuit.
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Push ups with alternating knee to elbow
3. Burpees
4. Push ups with alternating row
5. Alternating 1 leg reverse lunges
Quick workouts, no equipment workouts

@amairanib yes most definitely, im working with a recruiter and he told me to do everything i can to prepare for basic training so it wont be as hard on me and to study for the asvab, you want the best scor you can possibly get on the test. and good look to you my friend. maybe ill see you there.
