This is Mom from England. Keep up the great work Shirley, I know you so want everyone to discover the way to a Raw Food Diet. I know it means so much to you to be able to help as many people as you can to regain their full health and potential. You're a wonderful daughter and such a caring person I am so lucky to have you as a daughter. I just want everyone who visits your video to know that they will never meet a more caring and loving person. Yes I would say that I am your Mom but its true.

Hello there! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister lost lots of weight with it.

Beautiful and moving story. So much of it I can relate to also. My grandmother's life drowned in prescription medicine which did nothing for her had a huge impact on me. I got joint problems at 24 and refused to take the pills for it. I had cut out meat long ago but not dairy, when that was gone so were my symptoms.
If you haven't yet, check out the Ringing Cedars of Russia book series, I think you will enjoy them.

@plumevine I have heard of them and look forward to reading them one day . I have been 99% raw now for almost two years and enjoy my new found level of health . I am so happy that you too are do much better. There is much to learn ..............and it is all good !!!

@klt332 I am feeling better than ever .Still raw after two and a half years and loving it ! I can get through the day with just the minimal amount of food and still maintain my health and wellness. I do take a vitamin D3 because I do not get much sunshine .
