Training Journal Series:
"Strength and Power"

1. Double Alternating Overhead Squat: 3x8 per side
2. Double Outside the Leg Clean: 3x15
3. Alternating Floor Press: 3x8 per side
4. Alternating One Hand Sprawl to Dead Start Snatch:3x2:00
5. Outside the Leg Hammer Flips: 3x1:00
6. Jump Rope: Finish with 10 minutes
-90+ seconds rest between sets. Perform straight sets.
