@420LawOffice Great to hear...I am going to look itnto a civil law suit against my attorney Lori Pedego. After following her advise to the T, the judge and DA recounted their offer and made it a hundred times worse, costing me thousands of dollars and my health has been getting worse ever since.......I was perfectly fine until I followered her advice. Even he supervisor stated to me directly that Ms. Pedego gave me poor advise at the very best....Are you interested in something like that?

good info keep up the good work
I was recently convinced by my public defender to plead guilty to possession I agreed, I was ordered to pay a $50 fine which I did, I also checked into the probation department as specified by the court.
A month later I am asked to appear again before Judge Iwasko of CA and I was informed that the court felt that the punishment for me was to lenient and was issuing a refund for the $50 fine I paid, the court has taken me off of probation and is retrying me on felony trial date AUG 23 2010

@17seventySIX Remember our videos although true general statements of California law, don't substitute for your hiring your own criminal defense attorney. Our office specializes in CIVIL not CRIMINAL law, in particular on the rights of patients, collectives and dispensaries under California law. I recommend you hire a criminal defense attorney, preferably one with a personal recommendation, or contact NORML!!!
