"ég á penna" literal translation would be "I own pen"... "have" is more like "hef".. and you could say "ég er með penna" wich would translate: "I am with pen"-(hahah sounds like you're pregnant)...it sounds stupid when translated, but this would probably be the most common phrasing.

You can also say "Ég er með penna" which is like if someone asks if anyone has a pen, it means you have a pen on you right now, so to speak.
