Ian Smart, president; Lorna Jack, chief executive; Michael Clancy, director of law reform; and Katie Hay, law reform officer from the Law Society of Scotland give evidence to the Scottish Parliament's Justice Committee on the Legal Services Bill.

Legal Services in Scotland are to be expanded, and access to justice widened for the public, but not if these people have their way.
