Thanks for your comment. Just want to clear up that canola is indeed a plant. Many people are confused about the connection between rapeseed and canola. The canola we know today was developed in the early 1970s using traditional plant breeding techniques; breeders removed the anti-nutritional components erucic acid and glucosinolates from rapeseed so that it would be absolutely safe for human consumption. Once these changes were made they named this new plant canola.

how about growing our own vegetables in our own houses by investing the same amount of money as two months groceries into hps lighting and tackling our heating bill at thesame time as our food bill since these lights give off a lot of heat and 12 hours a day for a year will cost you about 70 $ if your electricity is sold at a overestimated 15cents a kilowatt
