I still can't believe it myself! I'm amazed and happy! I would agree with family around it would be hard - as soon as Warwick came back from his trip I had to rely on will power, lucky it was at the end of the cleanse. Katy xx

Wow! Great weight loss Katy. I've been on the edge of my seat waiting for you to post this video.I really want to do the Master Cleanse. Maybe during my next challenge.I'm on day 100 today!Blessings. Elle x

Hi Elle, congratulations on completing another 100 days. I would like to loose a couple more pounds for the summer, and also tone up now at the gym. But I am very pleased with the results so far.xx
