Girvan Festival of Light 2010

The Festival of Light at Girvan 6th November 2010 and the burning of the Firebird at the promenade followed by a superb fireworks display. Almost a complete washout due to very heavy rain but didn't it dampen the enthusiasm of the spectators who carried many handmade lanterns. The rain stopped in time for one of the best fireworks displays on the west coast.
