That's right, they delayed it....knwoing full well they couldn't win this, they're now scrambling to try to find another means of delaying the inevitible.

How can you stop PIPA before the 24th? Same way you can with SOPA since they are one in the same. Call your congressman, signs petitions, make phones calls, write letters etc.
