The CZ series has some really great, albeit simple analog-style tones, particularly in terms of bass. The lack of traditional filtration and the absence of modulation makes this synth limited to combinations of the 8 waveforms and the pseudo-filter and amplitude envelopes.

@theonelinerkid CZ101 is identical internally to a CZ1000 so yes!

Not to sound like a no it all but this isnt what a reese bass is , the reese bass comes from sine waves made by a dx100 which kevin "reese" saunderson used to use on alot of his early techno tracks, its actually supposed to be an organ emulation, hence the fluctuating rotory speaker effect on the wave form, not to say other synths cant emulate it but this particular sound as a detuned bass lead. The reese is more closed filter frequency sounding.

This may be the keyboard i have been looking for, does anyone recall the tune "its such a feeling " by terrorize and bizzare incs plutonic there is a very similar sounding detuned saw lead in these i been tryin to source for years. Is this synth the culprit ???

CZ-101 is basically CZ-1000 in smaller case, so it's possible

@DiscoHunchback
keep in mind that its very limited synth, but if you will work hard enough you can make nice sounds. Also, watch my second vid with CZ-1000 where i made classic rave sound called Hoover.
