Can you build this?

To build a flying saucer is a lot easier and more economical than building a standard airplane. They have to build a machine that has to utilize oil for propulsion. Flying saucers have been already invented in the 50's, but since there would be less maintenance costs, no need for fuel, etc, they aren't built. Money makes the world go round.

Yes, the Biefeld-Brown effect is way overunity. It actually violates the 1st law of Thermodynamics. The force has been measured in the lab in air and hi-vacuum as 100-million times more powerful than ion wind can physically produce, is overunity, and cancels inertia and G-forces.

You're in KoP? Sweet- Malvern, here. I wouldn't mind seeing some of your work in person.

This is amazing.

Hello, Captain. From a comment above: "free energy by attracting negative electrons" really caught my eye. Do you have a comment on this? I would fly with you any day. Please?

Yes, antigravity (saucer propulsion), and UFO-data and reality are suppressed by the Mainstream media and their corporate bosses, because this form of propulsion and free-energy are one and the same thing. Would mean SAYONARA, to oil, bilfuels, Natural gas, Coal, and Nuclear energy. Saucer propulsion and energy is the cleanest, cheapest energy there is! Reason why the aliens from all over see us as "an insane society, rushing headlong to self-destruction".

In a gravity-field, electrons have a tendency to fall "up".

I am a world expert on electrogravitcs for past 19-years. Pick my brain. I fly the largest saucers and VTOL devices in the world with much less electrical energy than DeSeversky's ionocraft, since the late 1980s, and yes I have published my findings.

I live a couple miles from what was the GE Space Center,(locate accross from the big mall in King of Prussia, PA) (TT Brown did successfly vacuum flying disc experiments there in 1959) now it is Lockheed-Martin Space.

Professor John Searl and his teams built 41 VTOL flying slender discs, at fantastic speeds, from 10-feet to 40-feet in diameter, from 1952-1978. The Flying Saucer is no mystery. I've been building and flying WORKING flying saucers since the late 1980s. I am in charge of the IGV new work for Manned Flight division. The future is NOW. Thanks to our boss, and living legend, professor John RR Searl.
What propulsion do the UFOs of Shuttle missions STS-48, STS-75 and STS-80 use, and how big are they?

Electrogravitic and/or magnetohydrodynamic. The two can be closely intertwined depending on the mechanics. King's craft is such an example.

I saw the lifter theory on Discovery Channel and they demonstrated that was not a cancellation of the gravity at all so not should be called `antigravitics` nevertheless I want to know more about `electrogravitics`...Sir Luke, thanks for your work, I admire it very much.

No offrense to anyone, but that show on Discovery is B-U-N-K. Lifters are not electrogravitic (EG) propulsion. Here is a simile to help you understand the difference: Lifter is to EG as a hot air balloon is to a missile.
Hope that helps you grasp the difference. There is a lot of disinformation and misinformation about electrogravitic propulsion.
