I am Catholic but I always make it a point to attend Great Vespers at least 4 or 5 times a year with my family. We go to St Elia's in Akron , Ohio

@amplidyne I agree about there is nothing like the Orthodox Pascha. I have been to many different churches during Pascha but nothing at all can compare.

I know this well... by now everyone has been standing for about 3 hours and is eager to get downstairs to their baskets! NOTHING in the world is like the Orthodox Paschal service, nothing at all.

That is why I had to visit St Nicholas while in in Pittcburgh. I wanted to come back for the Divine Liturgy later that morning, but had other arrangements to attend to, namely at the Byzantine Catholic parish literally around the corner from St Nicholas.
