Is that Actionbar any good, also what's the addon called?

This video is quite old, and the actionbar addon is called "Bartender".

I have since switched to a bar addon called "Macaroon" and much prefer it. Bartender is fine for moving and resizing bars, but Macaroon is far more flexible and feature-rich, allowing additional buttons, profiling, and additional macro space.
