A photo slide show of the Los Angeles labor movement taking an emergency caravan of food to miners in the desert town of Boron, CA. Locked-out and prevented from going to work by their employer, a giant multi-national foreign mining corporation, the Rio Tinto workers take a stand against corporate greed. The slide show is set to the music of Bruce Springsteen's This Hard Land.

  • Fantastic video. A good presentation of images to create the emotions of empathy, anger and support.

  • @billorton Thanks! We're now building up to the April 16th pickets in front of British Embassies.
