the nhs. has no domestic staff because they pay peanuts. who will clean this hospital now. if you have a system that is top heavy with managers, the buget is quickly depleted. each manager has an assistant and a secretary. surely this is a sign of over managment. who vetted the documents of these workers? and who was turning a blind eye? if these illegals vanish from the system who will replace them? the nhs is in a mess even with new monies being thrown at it.= management failure!

Reasons as to why Hospitals are so dirty.
They should be hiring full time workers and not agency staff.
It is a slave trade and the government has become the enabler in order to keep wages down for everyone else.
