@noasbo no. Warming up is pulse raising and getting your muscles warm. Stretching is stretching the muscle. Stretching cold muscles can cause injury.

stretching out the muscles is so that they don't get pulled during exercise and so you can get more flexible, warming up is so you can gradually start an exercise. Ex: stretching would be doing this, whereas warming up would be jogging in place or doing jumping jacks.
