  • How much stretching would you recommend before/after doing your workouts?

    I do yoga everyday - but not always at the same point in the day.

  • Hi Casey, I really like your pilates workout. I do some of your video before I run. I want to suggest next time or probably you can do on your present videos if you can have the background music with lite music that is soothing to our nerves to calm down our mind. I just want my pre-exercise & stretching mind-set that way. Thanks keep it up!!!:)

  • Some of these are hard for me and some are easy, I guess they call pilates now, but I do remember many years ago I did some of these movements with my aerobics instructor, she has so much energy my goodness...Nice video...

  • It would be nice to know exactly what kind of skill set would be needed for someone to complete this workout before the actual workout begins: i.e. 'This routine is for intermediate pilates students, but I'll be offering beginner-expert level options for those of you who can't/don't want to perform all of the following positions in the exact manner or@the exact level which I will perform them at...' That's always something which I find to be VERY helpful when looking for a pilates routine! :)
