Suzuki LJ20 Restoration

Here are some of the pictures and videos from this summer documenting the restoration of our 1973 Suzuki LJ20, a 2 stroke, 2 cylinder 360 cc power house, with a top speed of 50mph. As you can see I also discovered iMovie on my Mac.

I worked on it this week and got the wiper motor to stop grinding, The turn signals now work right, and I put all new brake cylinders on it, now I stop on a dime.

No, Back in 1977 when I was 21 me and a friend shared one for 2 yrs as a hunting buggy before I went overseas. Since then I have had a sierra 1.3 litre 4 stroke which was very good but just didn't have the character of the 2 stroke..... I have been looking for one for ages but they are hard to find in North Qld as Pig hunters love them. I will keep on looking though as it will be worth it. Cheers Karl
