Baby Diaper Cross Folder

The AST rotary cross folder uses hypocycloidal motion to fold baby diapers and other products in high speed production systems. Its balanced motion provides higher speeds and lower maintenance than conventional methods. Many user friendly features are incorporated to reduce downtime including: a drop down lower belt section, belt replacements without dis-assembly, and adjustable folding gaps via eccentric rollers. Timing belt conveyors eliminate belt slippage. The compact, single drive design makes it easy to integrate into existing diaper machines.
