Visit http://www.learnrawfood.com to see more raw food recipes. Raw food author and chef Jennifer Cornbleet shares how to prepare a variety of common raw food ingredients for use throughout the week. From her DVD, Raw Food Made Easy.

Raw food recipes make it possible to 'cook' once and enjoy several days of easy go-to meals that you grab out of your refrigerator.

Fight back against food boredom! Many of the recipes in Jennifer's raw food cookbooks Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People and Raw for Dessert can be used in a variety of ways. That means you can create a large batch of one of her recipes, but still keep things interesting by 'finishing' the dish in different ways:

• Raw Recipes with Not Tuna Pate -- This pate is great as an appetizer with crudités, as a lunchtime sandwich with lettuce leaves, or the stuffing for Stuffed Bell Pepper.

• Raw Recipes with Walnut Pate -- This versatile spread can be the centerpiece of an hors d'oeuvres tray, re-imagined (and re-shaped) into Not Meat Balls that you can serve with a sauce of pureed vegetables, or layered between slices of tomatoes for Tomato Stacks.

• Raw Recipes with Chocolate Mousse -- Made without dairy of any kind, this creamy mousse can be spooned into a tart, layered with Jennifer's raw Vanilla Crème Anglaise, or eaten 'as is.'

In this video, Jennifer explains how spending just an hour a week on 'advance prep' can save you time and effort and shows you how to create raw almond milk, a key ingredient you can use in everything from breakfast to midnight snacks.
