They use the terms Psychologist and Psychiatrist interchangeably. Psychiatrists are MDs. Psychologists are behavioral experts.

God, do I love this show.
But- I hate the fact that this entire episode is not aired on TV. Those "speeches" are golden. And...Turk and Carla's- completely left out and I really respect what they said.
Bottom line, this 10 minutes is the real deal. I don't care if Scrubs is a "TV show" or not...it's real.
