I just started this excersize routine this week, I hope to see results.

If I combine this with my cardio everyday will this make my butt smaller?
I just got done with this for the first time! I have a question- should the back of my thighs and also my lower back be burning? I am squeezing my butt as much as possible and concentrating on my butt muscles but I noticed the back of my thighs and very low back burning especially during the front arabesques, is that normal? I'm worried I may be doing it wrong.

@Losethemellon123 you are not doing it wrong...the back of your thighs is your hamstrings and we are working those during this workout. too with the arabesques, your lower back is working. if it really feels uncomfortable with your lower back, you maybe swinging too much or lifting too high...try taking it down a notch with your lifts and make sure each move is nice and controlled :-)

ok hun i do this workout 3 or 4 times a week i def see results but it still jiggles and i hate it on top of my reg workin out my daughter and i walk what can i do to stop the shakage

@skidmorej67 are you watching what you eat? diet is a big part of being fit. also, maybe you want to kick up the cardio and turn the walks into a walk/run? walk and then run for a minute, walk again/run again...build up to where you can do more strenuous cardio. cardio is really what helps burn the fat off!

@skidmorej67 i might be tired, not bored! i teach boot camp classes from 6-815am then film this workout show at 9am...its a long morning for me! glad you enjoy it though :-)
