Elektra Microcasa a Leva: Quick preinfuse

This is a demonstration of a nice espresso extraction with an MCaL using a much shorter than recommended pre-infusion. Beans are 49th Organic, not Epic, sorry for that mistake in narration.

Giving a shout out to a furry Canuck from another un-furry Canuck! Thanks for the great vids. I received my used MCal today and your assistance helped me get it fired up and shots pulled within the first half hour of having it. I use a Cunill grinder (ugly yes but a huge improvement over the Rocky I used to have). What's the tamper you use? I emailed Reg Barber to see about ordering one.

Nice description. My Elektra just arrived and I am just starting out using my first lever machine, your videos are quite helpful.
