I think it's because this music video is obviously a parody and a joke, and some people feel offended when you joke about somethng as serious as the towers coming down. 2,000 people died during those horrible attacks, and for certain people, it really hits close to home. But I get you, I realize this is a joke, but that's probably why people were having issues with it.

I am confused as to why there is issues with the visuals of the towers coming down, those same images are aired all the time, we have all seen them 1000 times. We see deadbodies overseas on our nightly news - There is alot more graphic images that could have been used - but that is what bin laden IS most known for.
