This was the end of an era...not only did it mark the end of EMU-TV for good, but this was also the very last song & dance routine performed by Rod, Emu, Gotbags & Stage School kids after a decade on Childrens ITV
From Emu's World, Emu's All Live Pink Windmill Show to EMU-TV, Rod & Emu dominated Children's ITV throughout the 80's with it's fun, games, songs and dances.
This was the last dance - so the whole team joined forces and every name was listed on the credits including each child from the Corona Stage School
Following this, Rod, Emu & Grotbags returned in an animated Emu series, and Grotbags later got her own series, but big production sing songs such as this were long gone.
RIP Rod Hull
RIP Children's ITV

Hmmm.. anyone remember (I THINK it was a show with Grotbags, most likely her own spin-off series) the kid that used to play a character called T-Shirt... or T-Bag, maybe? If so, is it just me who thought that was him on RudeTube on C4 a short while ago? o.O
