Made for the die hards by die hards, the METAL GEAR short film just won the Achievement in Filmmaking Award at the 2011 Williamsburg International Film festival.

Directed by Agustin Rodriguez and starring Daniel Kennedy, Rick Zahn and WCW superstar Evan Karagias, Metal Gear is a non-profit fan movie dedicated to and inspired by characters created by Hideo Kojima. Metal Gear is not yet related to Konami or Kojima Productions, but we would like nothing more than to work with Mr. Kojima and bring to reality the dream of a Metal Gear Feature as classic as MGS itself.

@10Raccoon We're looking @ a free internet release of mid March to early April. The film itself premiered in September @ the Willifest in Brooklyn; for the web, we're being delayed by a film festival ruling regarding internet releases
