A few years ago Sam's Club sold a smoker made by Grand Hall. Because of the design it didn't smoke very well. The wood would burn instead. I made some adaptions that made it work. I posted the information on the web but several people have emailed me that they cannot see the images.
Because of the interest I made the adaption and video taped it. Unfortunately I didn't get every thing I wanted. I had used 18" x 6" 26 gauge steel for the one that I have been using. This one is made with 22 gauge steel from Lowes and can be made with home tools. Good luck.
