Incorrect visa applications cost the government time and money and result in entry refusals at the UK border. With a new points-based system being introduced for international students, UKBA needed new way of communicating the changes. A YouTube animation translated into eight languages, outreach work with UK consulates and embassies, a social media seeding strategy and over 100,000 views later, our campaign has ensured more students are aware of how to apply for a visa correctly.

Just come as a visitor after 5 months claim asylumin the u.k . that takes two years , Just keep appealing then just overstay in the U.K. then marry some backward English man , He will not know your an Immigration Criminal because of your concealment and the Data protection act. Marriages are not checked in England because U.K. Border agency are under staffed and do not care.

@ssteven3300 @ssteven3300 when you posted this i thought u meant as me and my hubby had no money then i wouldnt get my hunny .but we have money .and i finaly got my hubby :) .. non EU spouses have no recourse to public funds, my hubby hasn't taken anything from this country and doesn't intend to he believes its his job to provide for me and he does. keep on avoiding the tax i would if i could :) infact if i didnt have family here i'd be off to his country we'd be better off!
