  • Hi, haven´t been here for a while. As for the pressure needed, i don´t exactly know, but i guess 100-120 Bar will do. The sheet metal is 1mm thick and intended for deep drawing. Less prone to cracking! A wise thing to add is a air bleeding screw, located as far away from the inlet as possible. This technique is quite simple and time effective and for the majority of us DIY´ers, i would say the accuracy is good enough.

  • i dont have a pressure washer but could prob use a torch on the welded steal and a air compressure with pressure limit control valve.i too did learn somthing today . i got a mini quad converted 196 from 70cc.

  • @maxkuznetsov123456 an other way to do it ? I only know to bild these pipes of manny little parts. but thats much work!

  • Seeing that pressure washers were not intended to be operated in this manner, could the back pressure possibly be bad for the pump?
