Taylor hooten's dad is a fool. Anti depressants killed taylor not steroids. WHY isn't anyone researching anti depressants? There's loads of examples of people who killed themselves while on or cycling off anti depressants.
-
Taylor Hooton suicide is tragic but do you know this! Taylor's girlfriend had another boyfriend little over a year after Taylor's suicide had another boyfriend who hung himself in the same fashion as Taylor. Jason Shea Green of Carrollton Texas. that's a huge secret of the Hootons. you may ask how I know this. I live in Plano Texas. I knew Taylor. Jason Green wasn't on steroids or SSRI. Makes you think. Two young men commit Suicide by hanging a year apart have the same girlfriend weird right?

Steroids are for 2 classes of people:
Elite atheletes that truly are reaching the pinnacle of their genetic limits.
Common folk who want a shortcut.
If you take them, at least make sure its because to advance you physiologically have to. Otherwise you look like a fool.
-
Before considering taking steroids, research the effect on testosterone the following have:
Diet, physical activity, exposure to women(presuming one is heterosexual), violent activities or graphic material, sleep etcc
Its all about allowing your body to maximise its natural testosterone production, whilst reducing excessive 'stress' glucocorticoid hormone levels induced by an unhealthy lifestyle.
Improve on those things, then see if you want more.
-
That baseline level of testosterone is essentially a genetic marker for an individuals own potential for muscle growth, along with the sensitivity to this and other hormones such as insulin and growth hormone to name a few.
Does an individual like to be dependant on a drug to achieve what they achieve?
There are several ways to boost a persons testosterone levels naturally. It will however operate within a natural range, but this is more than enough to look muscular.
-
Overly dramatised documentary, although interesting none the less. As with all hormones, our body is designed to respond to them accordingly, whether natural or synthetic.
Chronic steroid consumption does reduce the testis capability to produce its own testosterone, increase heart disease etc. This applies to high levels of testosterone in general.
It is the elevated levels of testosterone above an individuals normal range that give these negative health effects.
