I'm in! I know it's already February but I'm also in WW so have my official weights recorded all the way back to the beginning of the year. Yay! I love the challenge!

It is recommended to weigh yourself only once a week:) so every saturday morning, you should weigh yourself to know an accurate weightloss!:)
Do we use the weight from Jan 14 or the weight we are at now?

I can't really take more ppl in the challenge now. It's been going on since Jan 14th, however PLEASE join us with the weightloss and let me know how you do! ANYONE can lose 15 pounds! All you need is determination:)

i am joining your 15 pound challenge along side of you. it would be fantastic to lose 15 pounds by may because that would bring me to my first goal of below 200. i am currently at 211 so now i need to get my stuff togther so this may i can FINALLY get to my first goal! thanks for the challenge!
