SMB3: The Great Oil Slick

ESEUSE - This code apparently causes a massive oil tanker to collide with World 3, causing some strange graphical changes (lots of red and black), duplicating mutant enemies, black water, sludge balls en lieu of fireballs, slippery platforms, and blocks that magically produce oil covered vines. Simply put, it's Exxon Valdez, SMB3 style!
