All Murders should do Life without Parole. It shouldn`t matter if it is 1st Degree Murder or 2nd degree Murder, it still Murder - Delibrately taking someone`s life. But since we have to everything the legal way, I say that 1st degree Murder should automatically carry a Life Sentence with no chance of Parole & 2nd degree Murder should be a Minimum Sentence of 25 years to Life and a Maximum of Life Imprisonment without Parole, at all!!! Unfortunately Legal Sentences don`t always fit the Crime.

The man is a murderer. A self denying, then self admitting one. He thought he could ot smart the justice system, but is paying the price.

I am not making an excuse for him He should've controlled himself, but he was, in my opinion, provoked. The people who did it knew full well his condition.

I met the man. I gamed with him (unfortunately). I met his then estranged wife on a couple of occasions after they were separated. The man is a coniving bastard, of that there is no doubt.

But the tactics used to get him to bring his "true feelings" to the surface, to me, are pretty low.

They reason I have the beliefs that I do, is because they did something similar to me. Same group of people too, and I'll never forgive them for that.
