I always hated airline customer service people because i thought they had the attitudes. I can understand that they are alot of assholes but you guys are even mean to people who are nice to you. So I say fk you guys for being mean to me because some asshole ruined your day.

I don't work customer service and the last time I did, I was a kid (20 ish). Customers make me sick. They think they are special and they expect you to treat them like its Disneyland no matter how asinine and empty-headed they are. Props to you for putting up with that stuff. I would have been f.i.r.e.d.

I've worked in pretty much all aspects of customer service/call center type jobs and I have to admit that I don't like people that much. A bunch of whining, spoiled, give give give take take take type personalities has caused me to lose my mind-literally.
