In 1999 I shot black & white super8 footage of the famous 24 hour race of Le Mans. I was surprised by how timeless it was, the heroic atmosphere, the romance and the drama of a race first held in 1906.

Great vid, the black and white and the music really does add an ambience to it, but the pit girls just ruined it (completely messed up the whole black and white thing)
