fps has nuthn to do with refreshment rate of the Monitor/Beamer.
your graphics adapter outputs X Signals wich contains Y FPS the GPU gives.
3D cuts the Hertz 60/120 by half to 30/60

3D cuts framerates in 1/2 on PC (which isn't bad if you normally get 120+ FPS)
I'm just not sure if that's ideal for Consoles..

I have the same projector , it is great , have 3d built-in plus the 3d ready . another great thing about this projector ? well , support HDMI 1.3 and 1.4 (the newest) goes all up 250'' the only bad thing is that the 3d is displayed on a 4:3 screen , I read that is possible that'' LG can make a firmware . ''
