Officer Michael McDonald wasn't "cleared of any wrongdoing" as the narration on this video claims. A municipal court judge declared him innocent of the assault charges, but Police Chief Ronald Lowe fired him for his assault on Brandy Martin.

first of all; the cop is wrong for coming behind the counter. H e should of immediately ben led out of the store by the manager. There was no law being broken here. Plus there is a huge conflict of interest here. He doesn't get to act like cop in this capacity. Furthermore, someone should have stopped him and possibly pulled a firearm on him to stop thaT ILLEGAL ACTION. pepperspray is not to be used to gain compliance, she in no way was a threat to him. This action by cops need to stop!
