ive just made my eyeliner, but how do you create the eyeshadow without it going over the top of the eyeliner??? PLEASE HELP!

You make a new layer and draw your eyeshadow, then after you are done, you move it under the eyeliner layer

you make a new layer and add the eyeshadow.. then lower the eyeshadow layer underneath the eyeliner layer.

That skin template was bought from Lollirot, I have my own skin template now that I made myself though.
