yea they are so much harder i can literally do twice as many bar dips than rings. The work wonders though. I have been doing 10 sets of 15 ring dips every other day for about three weeks and my bench has gone up 30 pounds and my arms are much wider, like you can see my triceps from looking at me from the front.
I started just with the support position which was a nightmare told hold in itself. Taken me a while to get dips going, still shake a bit. They are so hard.

oh yes... just wait till you try them haha. Its hard at first just trying not to be wobbly and stabilize yourself

just holding a support position makes a beginner shake like crazy. rings truly separate the athletes from the jocks.
