why didn't she take up this cause against tyranny in her native Soviet Union before she "immigrated" in 1981 to Israel if she is such a dissident? It is an absolute lie that both parents have to be citizens in order for a person to be a natural born citizen.All you need is to be born in the land as clearly stated in the constitution,when you are not born in the land but obtain your citizenship through legal procedures then you become naturalized citizen.Michael Dukakis's parents were Greek citizens at his birth and yet he was leagal to run for president!How could people allow that bitch to rewrite the U.S constitution!Orly Fuck you!

@jazzsax1965 well Article 2 section one is what says the president must be a natural born citizen or a citizen at the time of adoption of the constitiution. However, Amendment 14 section, which would super cede article 2, states that naturalized citizens of the US, have all rights and privileges of natural born citizens. Of course my whole arguement doesn't apply because, like you said, he was born in goddamn Hawaii, two years AFTER it became a US state.

This bitch obviously doesn't realize that Article 2, section1 of the U.S. Constitution & portions of Title 8 of the U.S. Code states that even IF Obama was born in a foreign country (of course he WASN'T) that he could be President if ONE of his parents were a U.S. citizen! And his late mother WAS A U.S. CITIZEN! Obama is one of SEVERAL U.S. Presidents with a foreign born parent! The U.S. Constitution DOES NOT FORBID THIS! This "birther" crap is at best nothing but RACIST FANATICAL FOLKLORE!!
