  • Thx WB. If the bufala is a bit moist or wet you can dry it on paper towels in the fridge the night before. Switch out with new paper towels 2-3x a day.

  • Good stuff Playa, i made a stuffed crust last week, used cheese strings it was ok what other kinds of cheese will work. Bocconcini will that work? The Buffalo mozzerella is good its a bit watery seems to only work with basil
