Credit card contracts are unilateral contracts. Which the only one paying is the person who signed the contract. Creditors don't lend money its only numbers so how can they suffer a loss. Credit is not legal tender anyway. So they are not paying your bills. The working man or woman is the original creditor and the government and banks steal our sweat and equity. /this is the new SLAVERY

Collectors in the UK are an equally bilious specimen, and it's exactly the same situation (I've tried highlighting this in several audio recordings myself).

They think they're a law unto themselves, and count on the debtor not knowing there are already laws there that outlaw this kind of behaviour, and that the collection industry is basically powerless.

Fortunately, the rebellion against collectors here does seem to be growing and I hope that it does Stateside too.

Debt collectors: tell you what, when I blow up, you'll get it. Seriously, if these thieves at the credit card companies had their shit together they wouldn't have given me a credit card with a credit score like mine. You tossed the dice and now you lost. Thanks for the trips, the cars, the clothes and the jewelry. Now leave me alone so I can continue to live the life at your expense just like you're doing at the expense of people who actually pay their bills. Thanks.

"I have heard of the saying a little bit of knowledge can be dangerous", well Americans only have a little bit of knowledge, and can be easily deceived into believing in a reality that does not exist. GBeesing says we are disgusting but he/she fail to realize that the bankers needed a bail out and China owns America as of now. So, therefore read you constitution Article 1 Section 10 where it clearly says no debt is to be repaid unless backed by gold or silver coin. What is credit backed by?
