Im Saudi(arabic). hehh..no offence to the american accent but maybe its because we listen to it almost everywhere(media), so we develop american english and not british english..then makes us want to speak british english! cuz then it sounds cooler or 'more intelligent' ..not every british accent though LOL
I imagine its easier for brits to speak american than for americans to speak with a british accent.

So much better? English accents sound ridiculous. Key word is accents, as there are many and many diverse ones. Southern accents sound silly/stupid in their own right to. But a New York accent or Boston accent is hardly flat or less excited than a British accent.

I think all Americans can agree that the English is better. American sounds too flat and Canadian is in the middle.
